S-10 missing during acceleration

I have a 96 S-10, 4 cylinder, with 160,000 miles. It runs great except for a hard miss during acceleration or pulling hills. Can someone help me with this?:banghead: Thanks!

:screwy: Almost ashamed to admit: I have changed the oil regular, I changed the plugs at 150K, trying to get rid of missing problem...but no luck, so I am writing you!:2cents:
