I took my girlfriend to a hockey game last night. It was a fantastic game, Florida beat Dallas in OT!!! So, we enjoyed the game. We get back to my apt. I drove her car. I ask if I could come and stay over or if she would like to stay. Apparently I put "pressure" on her by asking this question. She then starts blaming me for shit that happened in the passed...she knew it would absolutely piss me off and it hadnt even come up for months!!! After she left to go back to school after the small "whatever..leave" shbeil(sp) ....I then took the Miata over to school to see what the fukc her problem was. When I get there I could tell she was unhappy to see me. We then "talk." She takes her promise ring off, and gives it to me...I gave it back to her..lol...She has done this crap before. Then she says, "we need a break." At this point I am like, WTF!? I told her...what the hell, everything was perfect until you brought up the past, knowing it would tick me off, I treat the girl like gold and this is what I fukcing get!!!! She then told me, "lets just make a mends." I was like fine. So we go back into her dorm. After the whole BS about me staying over and what not she says, "which pillow would you like?" WTF?! So, yeah..I stayed over..I actually had to think about it, but I knew I would of regreted it if I didn't because she was leaving for SB with her mom the next morning for a week. What the hell is up with this crap?!?!?!

you have to take it up the ass once in a while. (please, not physically...) Whatever happened, its your fault, face it, even if it isnt, it is. you'll understand that apathy can be a blessing, but don't just stop caring why she's upset, there's got to be some reason that the phrase "its that time of the month" can't apply.

I have come to the conclusion......drama! I didnt just now come to this conclusion..lol... She usually does it before she leaves for vacations. She did the same thing to me the other week. Brought shit up from the past. It is completely unessesary(sp?) I have no idea why she feels the need to do these things. We have been together for 6 months. I did in fact "put her in her place." I basicaly told her she is full of shit and that she needs to stop. I treat her like gold, she agreed. Then she just said , "lets make amends." Wse shared a tight hug...and I stayed over night. No sex....her roomate was in the room..didnt stop us before. but...........
The "past" included the roomate. The girl I am with , we broke up....I "dated" (if you even want to call it that), her roomate for like a week. We never had sex, we kissed and "touched." It was completely idiotic on my part. Now, I am back with the original girl, after ALOT of talking and explaining. We are very happy.....but every now and again some shit goes down for no apparent reason...she blames it on "the past." Which is complete bullshit.....because I know it and she knows it. So thats the story ladies and germs!

Shit, I know how that is. My last girl always brought up shit from the past and made herself mad. It was very irritating, because there was no point. Here's an example.
We work together and she was with this other guy. But we were all friends and everyone hung out together. Before we were together, when she was with the other guy, we went out to eat to visit another friend of hers at her other job. The friend just dyed her hair a different color and I said that she looked 'damn good', not knowing that me and the girl I was eating with would go out in the future. So, after we were together for a few months, out of nowhere, she brings it up that I think her friend is better looking that her.
I was like WTF? Where the hell did that come from? There is no defense for a surprise attack like that. Anyways, the point is, girls do that. They like attention and sympathy and to make people feel bad. They are evil. Shake it off and next time she brings something up from the past, uppercut her in the taint.

Poormillionaire....this is extremely odd. I was out with a couple friends. The girl I am with now, her roomate, my cousin and a good friend of mine (a guy). Now, we were all looking at each others IDs for some reason, (i cant remember why)...but my gf's roomate had a different hair color in her picture and I told her it looked good. My gf didnt hear me, she didnt care....but my guy friend was like dude, you totally just hit on your gf's roomate. I was like WTF??...No i didn't. Very strange..lol..I guess it was the way it came out....it has never been brought up by anyone, I just thought that was a very funny coinsidense (sp?)

Shit, I didn't realize that there was anything wrong with complementing a female on her hair. Apparently, it's against the rules. But, its ocmpletely irrelevant because she was with the other guy and I was single at the time of the incident. We weren't even together. Women just like causing fights.

Women like to cause shit for no apparent reason. Maybe its to reinforce so they know we still care for them? I don't know...I don't think I'll ever know why that happened that night. All I know is that it hurt me a lot, I don't thin she realised the impact it had on me when she took her promise ring off and tried handing it to me. I had no idea what to do. But after I told her that I treat her like gold and proceeded to ask...."what the hell is so wrong, everything is so perfect!" Then it occured to me....everything "was" so perfect....perhaps "To perfect?" Could this be why?

Some women have a full tank of memories, every time you do something to piss them off, they pull something random out of that tank, just to make you feel guilty for pissing them off. Funny how that works, seeing as the male gender can't remember shit if it doesn't have to do with Sports, Titties & Beer, or Cars. Oh well, as posted before, it's your fault, just agree with her.

I'm thinking misogyny could be a career move.
Just remember...
Once you get to my age, most of the women I know have been someone else's problem. And there was a reason... best to find out what before you make any (expensive) commitments...
'Princesses' seem to think that the world revolves around them and can't understand why it doesn't when eventually the screen door whacks them in the butt on the way out.
Consideration goes both ways... if the scales aren't in equilibrium then at some stage, it's going to be a problem.
Your friends won't tell you that the girl isn't suited to you until it's over (well generally).
Lust doesn't sustain relationships - apart from being f@#$ buddies... which sometimes can be fine when emotional attachment isn't desired.
Women have plans and guys usually go in naive - she's got a plan so better have one rather than let her decide the destiny of the relationship.
If it isn't worth it, let go - most of you can do better at your age. You may not know it just yet, alternatively if it's the ONE, you'll know...
Women are undoubtedly better at playing mind games on guys... me I don't engage with that. If you end it with someone then don't go back... just burn the bridge...
I am a cynical bastard... but abstaining is as frustrating for a girl too... she won't tell you but that mind of hers in that pretty little head of hers will be full of suspicions, fear and self doubt about her looks/figure/attractiveness... it's a card that she won't be expecting you to hold or play...

I agree with you there. I've taken to the fact that I'm not going to be the one groveling when it comes to her mistakes (or perceived mistakes from my part). Sure enough, after some time has passed, they will apologize when they realize that they're the one that blew it out of proportions. In my experience, they won't hear a word you say until they make that realization.

You'd think between all of us and all these threads, we would have figured out SOMETHING about the female species. Its ironic how women think men are confusing. Men act the way we do because of how women react to everything we do.

Sorry for the randomness, but after seeing the title to your thread, my automatic response was going to be "So, what are you complaining about?".
