I have an 89 supra turbo 5-speed that i recently got back from the shop i had a new engine put in. well i'v been havin a weird problem sometimes when i pull up to a stop light the idle will go really low and die. the weird thing is the idle is normally fine just a weird problem i do have a few pictures of things i think it can be any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's not really too much information to diagnose the problem but one thing that it could be is if the car is dying at a light but not while going down the road, it could be the alternator going bad, but that's just one of many things that it could be. If you have any other information please let us know, we might be able to help more. Good luck

no i really dout it is the alternator because i replaced it when i put the brand new engine in. but thanks for the reply iv also replaced the tps because it was bad and now i have no idea what it could be

the only things that i can think that could do it are the things in the pics:

on the first one i think its either the corroded connector or the other connector not hooked up to anything thats right next to it.

on the 2nd pic it might be the two random wires not hooked up to anything coming up above the intake

on the 3rd pic it might be the connectors that r just unhooked near the cold air intake

any help is greatly appreciated

update on the supra today i took it into the shop and pulled up the trouble codes it came up with a code 11 which is intermittent power to the ecu we think it is the efi main relay but whats ur opinion?
