STS sells a turbo kit and procharger sells a supercharger.

with 133K most people will say no way. Will it give you more power? but for how long? thats the unknown. I would get rebuild the engine or get a different one before hitting the forced induction route.

as long as the engine has been taken care of 133k is nothing.

everthing thing in the engines pretty much been replaced i feel that a superchargers a safer route then nos whats the cheapest kit u guys no off (that sounds bad) right now im doing the quarter in 12.9 i want to do better

Whatever you do, make sure to get an intercooler too. Better safe than sorry.

im a fan of turbo setups whether its rear mounted or in the engine bay. plus its a little more economical. but with the supercharger you have instant power so...thats up to you.. you will be spend 3-4 thousand for a new kit either way

hell i dont think it maters much n2o, S/C or turbo...an weak engine will go boom with either of the 3..... i myself and the spray master....works fine and my shit is on a 135k engine

at first i wanted nos cause its cheaper u dont have to use it all the time and i think its cooler but everones telling me a turbo is safer

u will hear different from everyone...the bottom line is u will break sum shit no matter what the hell set up u go with....just gotta build the damn thing correct from the getty up! n2o is as safe as the way u build it. i havent blown my shit up and this is the second car im spraying...out of 20 people i know with it i may be able to say 1 person had a problem with spraying. but power wise im talking about a beast...i guess u would need to go S/C. i dont want my car at 500hp all the time, i just want that when i need it so spray is good for me

If you do get forced induction, you'll have to keep it at low boost, until you rebuild the engine. Don't want to risk anything with an older used engine.

like 8 psi or lower i was running 15psi in my honda but i had new pistons and less miles

DEFINATELY LOWER than 8psi. Stock LT1 static compression is a stout 10.5:1. The most boost I've heard recommended on a stock LT1 on pump gas is 8psi intercooled and 6psi non-intercooled. Seeing that yours has a considerable amount of miles on it, I wouldn't push more than 4psi. But that's me and an estimation, no real proof to back that number up. Just keep in mind LOW BOOST.

most f-body turbo and blower kits run 6-8psi but on a stock engine with 133k i wouldn't chance it. i would use that money to rebuild the engine with stronger internals and a bunch of boltons. that way if you decide to go forced induction in the future you have the supporting mods to take full advantage of the kit and to make the package reliable and durable.
