CB radio mounting

Okay this can be somewhat offtopic. But. Does anyone here have one of those Cobra 18 WX ST II radios? I got one for my car for my birthday, and i'm just not sure where to mount this thing. Any ideas? I have a 93 cavalier. And the radio comes with a mounting bracket that goes ontop.

I have a Cobalt SS/SC and a Cobalt sedan. I have a Cobra 148GTL mounted in each car. I simply took the radio and mounted it on the passenger side of the console so the face of the radio is pointing up. The power cord is connected to the fuse block and the coax I hid under the carpet and runs out the trunk where my antenna is. They don't leave room under the dash anymore like they did on older cars.

I also had a 93 Cavalier like yours and back then I had my CB mounted under the left side of the dash. Just had to be carefull not to hit it with my leg or foot on the way out of the car.
