my car has been sputtering at idle lately, especially at start up. i just cleaned my maf sensor, air filter, throttle body, and iac motor. she starts up beautifully now and i never need to keep the rpms up to avoid cutting off. BUT for some reason it seems like if i rev it, the rpms stay up for too long. i dont have a tachometer so i cant say specifically what rpms. but its really noticible on the street. once i get to 40mph and completely get off the throttle, the car will almost CRUISE at 30 mph. almost indefinitely. if im doing 25 and get off the gas, it stays at 25. it feels like its idleing way too fast down the street as well. what did i screw up????

okay its almost like the throttles sticking. once at 25 i dont even need my foot on the gas to mantain speed. its the same for speeds up to 35-40. its almost like the transmission doesnt want to downshift as well (when off the throttle and cruising)

okay after finding out theres supposed to be a bit of slack in the throttle cable i found out from a friend that i should just disconnect the battery for a few min. maybe something with the iac or tps is learned and it had to reset itself? car runs beautifully once again. i dont know if this question has already been asked a million times or what, but thanks for absolutely NO help
