92 cierra wiper

A girlfriend of mine has a 92 ciera. The wipers were frozen to the window and she left the wiper on, now now wipers at all. The fuse was good.

Took the motor out, and if I connect t1 and t2 like they say on the cardone website it runs. T2 to + T1 to ground.

Where is the relay? How do I check it?

She currently has sanford and suns wipers (string).

Relay is under the hood, somewhere on the firewall.
