door ajar

I have a 1989 accord lxi,2dr auto. my problem is I cannot get the shifter out of park,yes even when I step on the brake pedal, motor running. I have to use the bypass on the shifter console also have a constant beep coming from the dash and the door ajar light is on. and the seatbelt light is flashing above the rear view mirror?? any ideas out there??
