Welcome to AF.
Be more specific. What kind of grille? What car? What scale? What kit? What have you tried? Got any pics of what you want it to look like?
If you want a useful answer, always supply as much info as you can with your question.

MPWR is right. Have you tried going into some of the hobby store websites and typing "grill" or "mesh." You might get some photo etch stuff out of that search. You could also try some of the fabric stores or arts and crafts stores and look through their fabrics for something you might like. But it all depends on what scale you're working on.
By the way, Go Duke!

Model Car Garage has a few nice photo etched sheets of grill material that are on the pricey side but are very nice.

Okay, here goes:
-I am looking for diamond or hexagonal-shaped pattern material
-the kit is a 1/24 Revell(Monogram?) 1970 Boss 429 Mustang
I want to redo the front bumper/grill, haven't decided what I want it to look like yet.
Chato, bobss: I'll be sure to look into your recommendations.
Thanks for everyone's help.

Try K&S photoetch brass mesh (http://www.hobbylinc.com/prods/r_k+s.htm). They have several sizes of both hex and diamond. Buy a sheet of whatever size mesh you want, cut it to shape, and install.
