My camry is 150,000k. I left my car outside for 3 days. It did crank but didn't start. I gave a little gas and it began to start and I felt a bit difficulties. It started running very smooth finally. Spark plugs were replaced when it was 100,000km. What would be the possibilites and anything I can inspect myself before sending it to the mechanic? Please help.

First guess would be plugs, wires, cap and rotor, any or all.

first i'd check to see if your getting spark to plugs if no spark no run got to have gas also..but could have moister in cap but that wouldn't cause no spark..but really check see if you have spark going to plugs first..good luck..

I'm confused. you said it started running smooth. Are you still having trouble with it?
Sitting three days in Vancouver, where I assume it is very cold, would probably make my car think twice about starting also. As long as it doesn't give you that problem after sitting for only a few hours, I don't think you have a problem at all.

The weather wasn't too cold when I left my car outside. As I crank, engine turned but couldn't start. The engine started to spin after giving a little gas but not running smooth until I kept giving the gas. It is working good and running smooth now. I don't know why. It may be the moisture.
