I'd like to know as well ... AF locked up or something when I posted it, so I did not come back. I assumed the post never went through.
Who knows. I don't have the link to the story any more.
The short story is a 19-year-old was outrunning the police, caused all sorts of nightmares and risks so they ended up bumping his car (not a pit move).He loses control and the car tumbles a few time and now he is a quadripalegic (sp?).
He sued claiming they used unreasonable force.
I believe the case is in front of the supreme court now so it should be easy to find.
