Here's pics of my install. I couldn't find many of other people's before I did mine, so hopefully these will help someone else.

BlenderWizard,
Nice work!!! Can you notice a difference in performance? Did you use a Nelson harness and did you need to have your computer reprogrammed? And lastly have you had a chance to drive your setup when it's hot out to see it the water temp starts to get a little warm?
Thanks,
Sonny01

I used a nelson harness. I already had a nelson tune, but you would have to have your PCM reprogrammed to use it. It just got warm this week, but I have noticed ZERO difference in the temp on the gauge from where it was before. I does seem a bit peppier, and the MPG should have gone up slightly, though I haven't checked my numbers.
I also upgraded to a 145A alternator.
I have seen an install that did not require the PCM to be reprogrammed, though.

I had a `95 Silverado with a 5.7L engine and I installed two flex-a-lite fans and removed the stock fan. I noticed a huge difference when I hit the gas pedal but when it got into the 90's outside the truck would overheat. The truck I have now I have switched from the 28" core to the 34" core radiator and if I use factory parts like you did then I think all will be fine.

Well, the 34" radiator is too big... then you're talking about going with a set of '05-up e-fans

I'm glad you said something because I was just about to buy some LS1 fans. I can't find any of the e-fans for sale right now but I've got plenty of time.
