1993 caravan won't start sometimes

:banghead: Sometimes it will start and sometimes it won't:screwy: If you spray starter fluid in the intake it will usually start with one spray. It doesn't matter if the car is cold or warm. It sounds like the battery is half dead when you try and start it. New starter battery was OK before this started. Just started doing this one day for no reason. HELP!!!!!
