Grab the service manual from FC3S.org (http://www.fc3s.org/). It has the wiring diagrams.
First thing I'd do is grab a multimeter and check the voltages at the fuel pump and at the relay.
Oh, also... a lot of people install a switch to cut off the fuel pump in case of flooding. Could be possible that one was installed on your car and it's just switched off.

I have the same problem and have tested the relay and it's working fine. But no power at the pump. 88 Turbo II. Can you just run a Hot wire with a switch direct to the pump????
Thanks,
Jesse

Jumper your fuel pump connectors!!!!! If that works, then you have AFM problems! Very common in that year!

I jumped the pump off the battery and still got no run. When testing the voltage to the pump got zero, notta no juice at the wire to the pump, but also when jumped it, it did nothing??????? Any idea?
