Well on the bright side, I guess he/she didn't damage the engine with that little escapade into the forest... and it doesn't look like he/she had the golf clubs under the hood (do you know how hard it is to replace a broken shaft, I do it ain't easy!) so there is a brighter side.
And hopefully no one got hurt - the front of the 996 is a good crumple zone (and in this case it is definitely CRUMPLED). Just because he/she went off the road doesn't mean you should feel more sorry for the car than the driver and passengers... (well unless he/she was a complete goose...)
