Hey Everyone, New To Here, But Got A Problem With My Tb. I Purshased It About A Month Ago, Its An 06 Wth 13000 Miles, Well After A Week I Purchsed It, I Went And Got A Keyless/alarm And Sound System Installed Profesionally. Well Its Been 3 Weeks Since The Install And Now My Lowbeam Headlight/running Lights, Dash Light, Center Console And My Taillight Do Not Work. The Only Time Those Lights Work (except Headlights) Is When I Turn The Highbeams On And All Is Well, But Occassionally They Will Be All Working For A Drive, But Then They Cut Out Again. I Brought To Where I Got The Stuff Installed And They Dont Know What Is The Problem, Cuz They Say They Never Tapped In The Headlight Wiring, Checked All The Fuses, All Good. So Ina Nutshell My Headlight Dont Turn On Wen I Start The Vehicle, Dash, Consol And Taillight Dont Work, Only When Highbeams Are On. Any One Knows Whats Goig On?..please Help. Thanks

I would take it to a dealer and let them figure it out. If its the installers doings I'd have it put in writing and present to the installers for refund for the repairs. If that don't work small claims court might be your only recourse. maybe your local news channels have a problems solvers program to publiclly humiliate the guilty party. BTW don't all TBs have keyless entry??

That's a tough one. It will be a major hassle now getting this covered under the GM 3/36 because of the aftermarket alterations. Something got jostled, they shorted something or tied into somewhere they shouldn't. Call around & see if you can find a service writter who will work with you.

Your dealership might warranty it without issue, but if they feel the aftermarket stuff played a roll in the problem, they wont.
