94 cierra power locks

sometimes on the passanger side the door wont open and sometimes it will its very iffy i know it has to do with the power locks and manually wont help it open either (my girl friend is getting tired of jumping over seats) lol any suggestions?

If it is intermittent, try swapping a relay of the power door locks for non essential relay like rear defroster, ac and test it to see if the power door locks starts working again normally then you would know that it was the relay all along and just get a replacement one.
