I have a 2004 Envoy, just the other day my low beams went out, High beams work great. Anyone ever hear of this? or now what I need to do?

Strange to loose both at once, but possible. The low beam and high beams use seperate lamps for each headlamp.

You can get a replacement lamp for under $10. Replace one to see if it fixes that side. If it does, change the other.
