GsR Swap?

My 93 civic cx hatch has had a GsR swap and it idles all messed up between 1000-1500 RPM :banghead: . I thought it was the IAC and replced it but the problem persists :screwy: . The car has already had a chipped ECU, so it does have the proper ECU in it. Any ideas? Could it have anything to do with the TPS?
