OBD 2 location

I am looking at a friends 2001 tracker. Her check engine light came on. I cannot find where to plug in my code reader. It is wet, cold and windy outside. I thought it would be easier to ask for help than look like a wet cold wind burnt idiot after I found it. Can any tell me where the plug is located?
