Are both ends of each battery cable clean and secure?
Have you had the charging system tested? Some autuparts stores will do this for free.
If the battery and charging system are good, then you are going to have find out what is staying on and causing a power draw.

It is possible you have a dead cell in the battery. I have had this happen with a new battery in the past. Take it to an auto zone, if you are near one, and they will check it for free. If no auto zone is handy most all auto parts stores will do it. Good luck......

it does sound like you have a short or maybe you got a new bad battery it can happen.. i'd take it autozone or advanced have them plug it in and see what comes up with..but have them plug it in while in car..good luck...
