2.7 noise

I've got a 2.7 with what appears to be timing chain noise.The chain and tensioners are new with less than 20 miles on them.The motor now sounds much better when cold(all the way up to about 150 degrees)but starts rattling from the chain area when warmed up.I believe it might be a lack of oil pressure at the tensioner.I'm planning on running a cleaner through the engine to get rid of the sludge and then shim the oil pump for more pressure.Has anyone tried this fix?
