Reversing tilt down mirror not working

I have an '03 Yukon that has the seat/mirror memory function. I set the mirrors to the passenger reverse fold down function, but it doesn't work. I double checked with the drivers side and that one works. I attempted to set it according to the owners manual, but I couldn't get it to work.

Any suggestions about what I can try?
