92 civic wont start

The car wouldnt start today, the battery and alternator are new, it turned over and everything. im thinking the fuel pump, but i havent seen any signs of that. it has been raining all day and there is a lot of moisture in the air with the snow melting, is it possible that my wiring is just moist and thats causing the problems? any ideas? thanks.
