Replacing door speakers 02 Exploere

Hi all,

Does anyone have advice on changing speakers? I have a 2002 Ford Explorer and each of the four doors has a speaker. Do I need to remove the door panel, or just the speaker grill?

You'll need to remove the door panel, unless you plan to fabricate up your own grill. The grills are not meant to be removeable by themselves.
