I got a 92' DX. I was once in your situation, but soon found out 2 things. One is that there aren't many...two is that whatever mod you do isn't going to do much. Even with all I/H/E, you may get at most 5hp to the wheels, and that is 'at most.' So, what I'm doing now is saving up for another car, cuz I've been driving this thing for 5yrs now.

i have the money now to replace my old car (the one in the sig) but I picked up this junker for now just to drive around until i find what I want and more importantly, decide for real what I want. 2k2 max? 2k2 explorer? 350z? or do i save up even more and go g35 coupe? as it is im just trying to satisfy my urge to do something to the car...

For me, I'm saving up for an 03' S2000. What car you want will depend on your likes. I wouldn't do anything to the corolla, just because there won't be much bang. Save it for you next car.

i wouldnt go for 350Z btw, a friend of mine was going to buy one but when he finally took it for a test spin to make his desision and it wasnt worth it.
the sports version almost is but the body is still to heavy for the engine to really make it feel like a sports car type of performance. The driving was far to sluggish in the regular to be considered for any kinda performance off the bat. if your going to look for a car to do something with find something that suits your visual appeal and check what kinda parts you can get for it. if its an american car check on jegs.com for parts available, they do 'some' import parts. Import shops tend to vary in what they stock so when your looking make sure you check lots of places.
yea thats it ...
