Where is the fuel pressure checked at. I cannot find the shradder valve to hook up gauge. Does this car have an electronic fuel pressure regulator? Where is the PCV? The car stalls like the pump is not putting out enough pressure. Some times it won't start, I have to wait like 1/2 hour and then it'll start but misses and shuts down. Replaced plugs, wires and fuel filter. Thanks

I don't have the service manual for the 2003 model year, but for the 2002 Taurus, the fuel pressure can be checked at the fuel pressure relief valve. The valve is located on the fuel rail near the spring lock connector and fuel pressure sensor.
The fuel pressure regulator is part of the fuel delivery module.
