identify engine?

Hello all,
I just bought an 89 LeBaron convertible that had an engine replacement last year. I would like to know more specifics about the engine, I assume it’s a 2.5 and I can see it has EFI. I have the codes from the front of the block. On the driver’s side, near the top of the front of the engine, are the numbers 4105 then 782 in larger numbers.
Front middle on the engine is the Chrysler emblem, with F on the left and B on the right (as you view it). Below that is A57U3.
Any help in identifying what year this engine is would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
