Is it cold? White smoke is normal if it's cold out or if your car has just been started, but if it's constantly doing it then you're burning coolant, most likely the HG. A little bit of water (like a few drips per minute) is alright coming out of the tailpipe, all cars do it, but if it's like a stream, that's bad.

Well does it smoke white all the time or not? If you are burning coolant, it's most likely the headgasket and you'll need to replace the headgasket to fix it.

but with the overheating, rough idle, water out the muffler, and white smoke could it be anything else or multiple things?

while you're in there you need to replace your head studs. go ARP
your stock ones have stretched over time.

No sense in doing it if it's a stock n/t, just put in the stock studs.
