I used non-SH oil filter .....

I have a 99 lude SH. I used a regular oil filter. It fits perfectly. Is that ok? or should i take it out and get SH filter? what is the differences anyways?

Should be no difference, just the angle of the filter is different.

i noticed the outer diameter is bigger(SH) while the other one is smaller. But the hole diameter is the same. I hope this wont cause any oil leaks...

Huh? I have owned both a base and SH and the filter is the same the only difference is the location of the filter on the block
