92 Buick Century ran out of gas and will not start now

Wife ran the 92 buick century out of gas. Fill gas tank half full and then tried to start the car. The car turns over good but will not start. New battery and has been running for long time with no issues.

Could the gas line now be air locked? If so what is the best way to remove the air.

Is there a place to fuel bleed the fuel line?

All fuses have been checked.

Check the fuel pressure at the rail, 3300 I presume? May have burnt the pump out.
