I got a steal!

Okay guys i just bought a pontiac 400ci fully stock with a rebuilt 350 tranny for 300$, now if that isnt a steal i dont know what is...

now my only question is is a th-400 tranny better than a turbo 350?

For a stock Poncho 400 (read less than 400 hp) the TH350 will do just fine.

so then the th-400 is better? i have the th-400 that came with my car already in the car but i was going to use it with the stroker engine i have been building for what feels like forever.

The TH400 is a heavier duty trans (they were originally used for trucks) and can be "bullet proofed" (damn near impossible to trash).
