This was a fun project. A little frustrating at times (working with solder) but it went together pretty good.
Kit is an old Monogram Mustang GT Convertible. Exterior colour is Tamiya Racing Blue. Interior is flat black, rear seat removed, with a 6 pt rollbar added.
Wheels and brakes are from a Revell-Monogram '99 Cobra, stripped and painted silver. Engine is the 302 from the Monogram kit, with a single turbo and exhaust fabricated from 3mm solder. The sheet metal intake manifold was fabricated from thin styrene sheet.
I think the paint turned out a touch darker than the real car, but it's awful close. Customer's happy with it, anyway!

oh yeah, that's a nice mustang. The rollbar could have been more accurate though, but otherwise it's nice. :iceslolan

To me the rollbar ruins the model, it could also have done with lowering to match the real car too.
Other than that, you've done a good job of capturing the general likeness of the car.

Sunuva, and I just realized I forgot the two rear bars. Thanks for pointing it out. Got some fixing to do.
