this will be the first engine swap i will have ever preformed, so any help is greatly appreshated. I have four questions before i start. first will the h22 bolt right into the egine bay useing the same brackets as the h23? second how do i rewire the jdm h22a1 and new ecu to the car? and what can i take off the h23 and use on the h22 and what will i have to buy to make this engine swap work? (headers, clutch, etc..) and one final question can i use the h23 man. trans on th h22? and if so how will that affect the preformace of the car? thanks for any help!

the h22 is a straight bolt in
buy a helms manual for the wiring
the trans will work, but i think your better off getting the h22 trans when u buy the engine.
i think the only thing you need to buy is a new header. unless you want to go with a stiffer clutch. if you buy from Nippon motors you get the complete engine, trans, and ECU.

Hi I have a full jdm H22a engine with tranny, ecu, etc. for sale. I had the swap in my 96 Accord coupe but decided to sell it off so I had the whole thing revertted to stock and now have the whole jdm H22a swap packed up and ready to go to. I've had the swap in my car for about 4 months so I'll sell it off for $2200 shipped. If your interested here's my email address:
