Undercoating

What is the best undercoating? I have 68 Stang and wondered what undercoating I could buy(preferrably spray on). I dont even know if it is available for the kind that like to do it themselves, but if there is any reccomendation you have, please give it.

Napa's undercoating goes on pretty good.
I think it is called "Mac's" ??

This is the only brand I use and have used for about 10 years.
