2000 Ford UnFOCUSed (Door Lock Problems)

I have a 2000 Ford Focus that has had a very long history of problems.
However, this past year has been good to us, trouble free, sort of. The seatbelt warning buzzer came on intermittenly, which I found to be a problem in the drivers side door latch. Now, the rocker switches, nor will the remote key fobb, lock and unlock the doors or the trunk. Do you think it might be a fuse?
