2000 Wiper Fuse location

Hello,
Can anyone tell me where the wiper fuse is located? I dont see it in the fuse box under the hood. My wipers have stopped in the muddle of a sweep.

The 25 amp wiper fuse #17 is in the instrument panel fuse block inside the vehicle-I'll bet it's okay though....

But I would try wiggling the wiper motor connector with the ignition turned on first- GM is famous for poor solder joints at the wiper motor circuit board connector- the board is replaceable- but I usually just resolder the connector joints- saves a lot of time and money
