Just redo it, being very careful to do everything right. If you follow the directions on www.fourthgenhatch.com you should be fine. His bumpers look real nice in the pics, and he did them himself.

Did you use primer at all? Did you clean the surfaces properly?

ok this what ive done to them. first i took off the bumper,(the front bumper) i washed them, than drayed than washed them again with alcohol, than i wiped it down with decreaser. i dryed but and i started to sand paper them. it took about 2 hours untill i thought it was done. than i washed them again with alcohol. than dryed the bumper. i putt the bulldogg can about twice than let the bumper get dry. than i primer them with bumper primer. about 2-3 times. than i let them dry again. than i sand them again 220 grit paper. than i rince them alcohol. than let them dry and i just sprayed one part of the bumper and it came out like crap. it looked like i didnt clean them every good. so i took off the paint and i said fuck it, and i sprayed the front bumper black. and thats it. this weekend i might do it again.

Here's what I would do...
First, clean it good with soapy water.
Then, swab the parts you're going to paint with rubbing alcohol.
Then sand with 320 grit paper.
Then wash again with soapy water (not alcohol, which leaves a residue).
Avoid handling the bumpers with your bare hands at this point to avoid getting oils from your skin on the surfaces you want to paint.
Add a full coat of primer (use EXTREMELY light applications to avoid runs!)
Lightly sand the primer with 320 grit paper.
Add another full coat of primer.
Lightly sand again.
Then, add 3-4 coats of paint (I would probably use Krylon Interior/Exterior paint).
When dry, add 2-3 coats of clear topcoat.

When I was primering my bumpers after putting bulldog on it in some spots I would spray it and then the primer would move away from certain spots (like it was alive) leaving weird holes with no primer. I think you really need to let the bulldog dry.

I sanded the whole bumper but not even that much, one good move over the bumper should do it. And I used a whole can of bulldog (or half a can for each bumper) and the paint on my bumper is still holding up good.
