Hi. I'm not really known for my exotic car builds but I didn't want to be left out of the AF tribute group build. This is the Fujimi kit and will be built pretty much out of box (with the addition of the 19" Aoshima Hamann PG3 wheels) to very closely resemble s/n #127584...

I may attempt to do an exact replica but who knows?! :dunno: Anyway, here's where I am so far. I need to add front and rear side marker lights but the body prep is pretty much straightforward. Thanks for looking.:)

Hello. The color isn't exactly like the 1:1 car and I used a spraycan instead of my new airbrush but I can live with it...

Hello,
Nice work you did there!
The only think I find, is that the color you used as some large metalic flakes, no?
Maybe this is the way you want it?
Nice anyway.

How many Ferraris do you have going? This looks excellent - the wheels are perfect and I love that you've modded them to look right instead of accepting them. Great work so far on the paint, too, can't wait to see this shape up.

Thanks Will! I have 3 that I'm actively working on, I haven't posted progress of the 360 Spider yet; as soon as the 3 kits arrive from HLJ, I think the total will be 6 (7 if you count the Enzo I bought but am not sure if I'll attempt it yet :icon16: :p )

Well, I do have a Badger basic spray gun set but that doesn't really count for more than a "paint sprayer" to me since I have not much control over anything other than the amount of air pressure from my compressor. I look forward to using a "real" airbrush so I can get much better results from my paintjobs overall.:) Thank you for the kind comments and please feel free to critique anything that you think needs my attention. I'm really diggin' this whole "exotic car" genre!:smokin: :smokin: :smokin:

Hi. Me again. Don't look so disappointed:icon16: . Seriously, The Maranello has been cleared and after a few days of gassing out, I think the metallic flakes are quite fine as opposed to the pictures earlier in the thread and the car will be fine once I go ver it with a polishing kit...

Looks great Tonio. I find the metallic looks alot bigger in pictures then in real (kind of the way red looks like crap in digital pics) Keep up the great work. Looking forward to seeing it finished.
Oh yeah and enjoy the beach you lucky bastard. Got about 6 inches of snow here and no beach for about a 1000 miles.

That is really sweet mate, the colour is awesome! How is this kit to build? I just picked up the Fujimi 288 GTO Enthusiast and it has completely changed my opinion of Fujimi based on previous experiences with their kits, is this one worth getting?

Very nice Antonio! Those wheels/brakes will look awesome!
It's a pity this doesn't come with an engine by the looks of it. If you haven't thought about the 288 GTO Enthusiast by Fujimi, I highly recommend it. It's a great kit, bar the stiff body plastic and very soft sprue plastic.
