AC Blower Chirping?

I have a 1999 Suburban LT and when I have the fan in the first or second position (low,medium) then the ac makes a chirping noise. On the third and fourth position it is ok but when I make a RIGHT turn it makes the chirping sound. Weird. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

(not 100% sure) but i think the steering system is connected to a pulley that gets the power from the crank. if so, then when you turn or steer your using your engines power (reduces your engine power/ more pulleys less power) that is used for numerous things including your AC. somthing could be wrong with your AC belt or alternator belt, could be worn or damaged. try replacing that first if your belt is loose or damaged.
