99 Tahoe blowing fuses

I have a 99 Tahoe that keeps blowing the fuse for the turn signals. It started last winter and after replacing the fuse several times it just stopped diong it... until a couple of weeks ago that is. I am not 100% sure but it seems to happen when they are shut off. Can someone please help me with this problem? Thank you.

I had the same problem with my 99 tahoe. I found that when I pulled the turn signal light's out of the truck, the wire's had rubbed through and was grounding the circuit out. Hope this helps.
