Timing Belt Change Made Easier!

The biggest hassel I found changing timing belts is getting the fan nuts loose and removing the shroude with the pulley. I have taken a cutter and removed a LOT of the plastic from the top of the shroud. Now, I can easily get to the fan nuts and remove the fan & pulley BEFORE removing the shroud. No more bloody knuckles! And, it does not any hotter even on 100 degree days. Try it, you'll like it!

Been there, done that! I've done that to 3 Trackers and it allows me to change a belt in less then 2 hours. Absolutely no change in running temps even in July and August!
