Only in Germany man...
In the US, the Carrera driver would be 70 and going ten under the limit, the Bike would be to busy 'stunti'n like his daddy' and the Bugatti driver wouldn't even slow down to run.

Always a good day when you run into a Veryon and shortly there after a Carrera GT. I expected that from the Bugatti but a better R1 driver in a straight line should be able to put the hurt on a Carrera GT.

Ha, no... Carrera GT is 600+hp, plus has a top speed of 200+mph. R1's don't have that good of a top end pull.
Not to mention, bikes have generally terrible aerodynamics compared to true sports cars. Large frontal areas, and the rider is a big ugly bump in the wind even when tucked in tight.
Not to say a Sport Bike of 1000cc+ isn't fast, by no means are they slow. They're just not that fast in the company of those types of cars that are purpose built for all out performance and little else.

But when they first started off they were not going terribly fast. And while that is true the Carrera is 600+ hp the R1 has 180+ hp and has more horsepower per pound (even with 190 lb rider) along with less drivetrain loss. And many of those 1 litre bikes nowadays are capable of going 200 mph or better. So I could see a very high speed pull but I am still surprised at that outcome. I have seen many other R1 races agianst various high hp race cars and it did quite well agiasnt them

^^ True, and like I said in a very high speed run (120+) I could see the Porsche pulling away but definately not at lower speeds. Some of those litre bikes have a 0-60 in 2.** seconds. And thank God they put those governors on there, any higher than 190mph and it might get dangerous. :p
