Mercenaries

If anyone here plays Mercenaries:Playground of Destruction, do you know a quick way to get to the Ace of Diamonds? I'm trying to get the northern province unlocked so I have two regions to blow up for Valentine's day. I'm playing in Playground of destruction mode with the portable airstrike and pocket artillery, so keep that in mind.
