I just bought a 98 corvette. Are the fuel pumps loud on all of them?.. or is mine going out..

"Loud" is a relative term. They all make a little noise. It may just as easily be a fuel LINE as the pump. The lines are routed in retainers with elastomer cushions to reduce noise. It a line is inadvertently bent or out of a retainer, and is touching the body or frame rail, the noise will be louder.
I'd be more concerned if it stopped making noise. You can safely add a quart of two-cycle oil to a full tank of fuel to try to change/reduce the pump noise. The injectors might like the extra lubrication, too.
That amount of oil will not contaminate oxygen sensors or cat converters. I do that every fall along with fuel stabilizer just before storing my cars. I haven't had to pull and clean injectors since I started the practice.

Thanx.. I've heard of people putting tranny fluid in the oil before but two cycle oil in the gas is a first.
If it helps, the noise is constant and high pitched. Electrical surges such as turning on my lights, applying the brakes, or my blinker makes it slow down a little for a sec. The noise itself sounds like it comes from right behind the driver's left shoulder.
