Help!!

GOT A BIG PROBLEM I THINK:banghead:
I BOUGHT A 306 TD ON A N PLATE last week seemed ok but today when i left work when i put my foot down ther's a realy loud hissing nosie bit like a dump vale but alot louder and keeps making that nosie till i take my foot off and the water in the radiator looks like its frothed up :uhoh: any idears what it is would be great

gazfound out the problem was a pipe blown off the turbo :popcorn:
