what to hook to

i have a 99 crown vic stuck in the snow . my owners manual doesnt say what i can hook onto in the front to pull it any one know thanks

The safest place is to kook under the frame under the center of car. Also can hook to lower control arm close to where it bolts to frame. Just be sure you do not damage the front bumper cover with what ever you hook to the car.
