2006 Grand Prix Ipod Integration

Hey guys,
I have a quick question here. Recently, I bought a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. It has the standard 3800 V6, and has the standard CD Player with CD-Player (NO XM, 6 Disc CD Changer, or Navigation). I also purchased an iPod recently, and was looking for ways to integrate it into my stereo without having to use an FM transmitter--I live in a big city, and finding a clear radio station is close to impossible. My question here is that I've found a couple of solutions I really like, but they only state that they will work with a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. Have the 2006 radios changed? Or can I use the same solution for my 06?
Here's a link to something I found:

Thanks, in advance!

I have never seen that contraption so for that I say buy at your own risk. However, some of the new new GM's put some messed up wiring for in-dash units. I know some of them you are required to buy a wiring harness that is $120 just so you can get an aftermarket deck to wire up to it. I would ask the seller and make sure that it works for an 06 GP. Otherwise you may want to look into getting an aftermarket deck that is ipod ready (or one that is not but you will need an ipod interface which is about $45). You can find some ipod ready decks for around $120 if you look hard enough too. I can not say for sure but you may need one of those insanely expensive wiring harnesses, but hopefully not.

I saw one on a website:
www.americaninternational.net
for about $200 but I think you need XM for it to work. The notes said it wouldn't work with the 6 CD changer unit and that is what I have but it may work for you.
