Transmission Fluid Cooler Lines

Looks like I have a leaking lower transmission cooler line on a 97 GP. Anyone change these before? How hard to get to? Any special tools?
It's leaking both at the hose clamp end and also the other end which is permanently molded to the metal part going into the trans.
