Turn Signal Lens replacement...

I've just replaced all my lights with Altezzas, but I'm having trouble removing the front lenses mounted in the bumper. Is it necessary to remove the bumper (this is a 96 Accord LX, btw) to replace these lenses or am I just missing some simple way to pop them out?
